1. General Introduction

By using the bh33 platform ("Platform", "we", "us"), you ("user", "player") are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. This document has been prepared for Bangladeshi players and is effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Each player may open only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, they will all be closed and any earnings from both accounts may be forfeited.

You must provide your name, date of birth, address, and mobile number accurately at the time of registration. If any information changes, update it through account settings or contact the support team. Opening an account with false information is a violation of these terms.

2.4 Account Security

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

3.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

3.4 Payment Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, we may verify your identity and ownership of the payment method. If you do not cooperate with this verification process, the withdrawal request will remain on hold.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
• Or: deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 Bonus Policy

• Bonuses are applicable to one account only.
• Bonuses have no cash value — they are for gameplay use only.
• bh33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If suspicious or abusive bonus activity is detected, the account will be investigated and the bonus may be cancelled.

5. Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

7. VIP Program

bh33's VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tiers are upgraded based on player activity and engagement on the platform. Cashback is calculated weekly and credited directly to the account. Detailed terms for VIP benefits are subject to change.

8. Responsible Gaming
